The FullMelt Filtration Bubble Hash Bags 4 Piece Set - 250, 160, 90 And 25 Microns is a unique choice in the field of Hash production. The goal with this cascade is to refine and isolate 2 distinct spectrums of trichome head sizes. We would recommend using a large 250u bag (200L) as a bulk separation bag to separate the bulk of the plant material from the sifted resin before filtering through the 3 Piece - special.  Often the material produced is processed further into rosin or other concentrate.

The 4 Peace is our recommended go to set for anyone interested in collecting a more refined spectrum of trichome heads from the ice water extraction process and looking to collect a larger expression of the cannabinoids found in the sifted material. The 90u bag is prized by many in the space of the bag collecting the melt. 

It is used primarily to separate out a specific part of the spectrum of trichome heads that are more fully developed and often more potent. The 25u bag is used to collect everything below the 70u bag, usually containing trichome heads that are still developing or ripening. The collection here is often not as potent or pungent as the 70u collection but is appreciated by some because of its chalky like texture when dry.

The filtration bags are slightly conical with a large top opening. This has given the filtration bags a total volume of 39L. This is so that the filtration bag can be secured over the rim of a standard 20L or 25L bucket with easy, so that no tension is placed on the side walls of the filtration bag when secured over the rim of these buckets. The Filtration bags are also fitted with handles that make them easy to manoeuvre and hang during the filtration process. Each FullMelt Filter bag variation (based on micron opening size) is colour coded and labelled with the specific micron size.

The Micron Bags Are Used As Follows In This Set

• 250u - Used as a bulk separation bag to separate the bulk of the plant material from the sifted ice water and resin solution.
• 160u - Used to refine the final collection bag(s) by collecting finer impurities that were not collected in the 250u bag.
• 90u - 1st collection bag - Often referred to as the Butter Bag. It is used to separate a higher quality resin from the solution that would be possible with a 38 Standard set.
• 25u - Final collection bag used to collect less developed trichome heads from the sifted resin, often referred to as Hippy Hash.
