The GoPro Hero 9 Action Camera has a new front display, 30% more battery life, a detachable lens and is waterproof up to 10 meters. 5K Video maintains serious detail, even when zooming in and capturing 14.7MP frame grabs. It also records in 4K, 2.7K, 1440p and 1080p. It takes pro-quality 20MP photos, while Super Photo ensures that you get the shot.

The new Max Lens Mod delivers unbreakable Max Hyper Smooth stabilization and Max Super View, which is GoPros widest-angle perspective yet. A new front display serves up a live preview to easily frame selfies, while the large rear touch screen delivers intuitive control. Hyper Smooth now features in-camera horizon levelling and is GoPros most advanced stabilization ever.

The Hero 9 also captures up to 240 frames per second to make for incredible 8x slow motion, and Time Warp 3.0 makes mesmerizing time-lapse videos while Speed Ramp slows the action while recording. Hindsight allows you to capture up to 30 seconds of footage before you even start recording, so you get the shot even if you press the shutter button too late.

The GoPro Hero 9 Action Camera features live Burst that records 1.5 seconds before and after your shot, Scheduled Capture allows you to schedule when you want to begin your recording, and Duration Capture allows you to set the length of time that youd like the camera to record.
