This sight features a Multi-Reticle System (MRS), allowing users to choose between a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle, or a combination of both (circle-dot), perfect for adapting to various shooting conditions and preferences. The reticle colour is a bright green, providing excellent contrast for target acquisition.

One of the HE512T's key features is its Solar Failsafe Technology, which allows the sight to continue functioning even if the battery fails, utilizing solar power from available ambient light. This system is particularly useful in prolonging operational time, while the Shake Awake Technology ensures the optic powers on instantly with movement, recalling the last brightness setting for immediate readiness. The HE512T offers a remarkable battery life of up to 50,000 hours when used on setting 6, powered by a CR2032 battery with a user-friendly convenient tray battery compartment for easy replacement without needing to remove the sight. The sight has 12 brightness settings-10 for daylight and 2 specifically designed for night vision (NV) compatibility-allowing users to tailor the reticle visibility to any situation.
