If you would prefer to use your smart phone, simply attach it with the included smartphone clamp. You can also rotate the head 90 degrees with a simple adjustment for portrait orientation. The three section legs, flip leg locks, and mid-level stabilization will allow you to extend this tripod to 5.25 ft / 1.6m without sacrificing stability. A hook attachment on the bottom also provides extra stability. This tripod is ideal for DSLR, mirrorless, or bridge camera setups up to 6.6 lb / 3kg, and smartphones up to 3.2" / 8.4cm wide. It also features a geared center column with crank handle.
