Its key feature is the extremely wide maximum aperture of f/1.2, which allows for stunning shallow depth of field, emphasising subjects with a beautiful bokeh, and excellent low-light performance.

This lens offers a 35mm focal length, providing a natural perspective suitable for various photographic genres, including street photography, portraits, landscapes, and general-purpose shooting. The lens construction comprises 17 elements arranged in 15 groups, including 3 ED (Extra-low Dispersion) elements, 1 aspherical ED element, and 3 aspherical elements.
