Outfitted with extra low-dispersion/high transmission glass, multiple proprietary lens coatings, and an apochromatic triplet lens system, the Sig Sauer Oscar7 20-60x82mm - Black optical system produces bright and clear high-contrast images with true colour fidelity without distortion across the entire field of view - especially in low-light conditions like at dawn or dusk or under heavy canopies.

Complementing the impressive optical glass, coatings, and lens configuration are the proprietary LensArmor and LenShield coatings, which protect exposed glass surfaces from scratches and abrasion while repelling water, oil, dust, and other materials to keep the lens clear and clean. Sig designed the OSCAR7 with its eyepiece set at 45-Degrees to the body to place the user's head in a more natural and comfortable position whether standing, sitting, or laying prone.

For optimum eyepiece positioning, the mounting collar can rotate to change the orientation of the eyepiece relative to your support system. A dual-speed focusing mechanism brings subjects quickly in focus, with the ability to easily refine the focus to resolve minute details. The lightweight and corrosion-resistant magnesium alloy chassis is wrapped in protective Stealth ID armouring, and is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed for water and fogproof performance.
