Description

The SMA Sunny Highpower Peak 3 Inverter - 150kW has a maximum PV generator output of no less than 225000 watts and a DC system input voltages of 1500 Volt. The MPP voltage range is between 880 and 1450 Volt. Maximum input current is 180 amps and the maximum short-circuit current is 325 amps. The Sunny Highpower PEAK3 is extra economical thanks to a maximum output of 150% thanks to the DC/AC ratio.

The Sunny Highpower PEAK3's own consumption at night is less than 5 watts. DC design of this inverter can be combined with a custom Combiner Box. String inverter Sunny Highpower PEAK3 (SHP 150-20) from SMA is a powerhouse specially developed for industrial PV plants. This inverter is the solution for large-scale solar panel systems thanks to its high power density. Due to its compact size, it is easy to transport, and the installation process takes little time. The SHP 150-20 is a cost-saving solution for industrial solar panel installations.

The Sunny Highpower PEAK3 features earth leakage monitoring, which is suitable for all power types. In addition, the SHP 150-20 has grid monitoring, DC immersion protection, AC short-circuit resistance and monitored overvoltage protection type II on the AC side and DC side. The degree of protection of the inverter is IP65, which means that it is spray-proof and protects against dust particles.

Thanks to the built-in active cooling by OptiCool, the risk of damage caused by dust is considerably reduced. OptiCool cooling has been intensively tested by SMA, where central inverters have been exposed to very fine dust particles over a long period of time. The results were very positive, with no dust being found in the inside of the inverter.
