Terms and Conditions - Hunt and Gather Adventure HuntEx Expo

 

1.Eligibility

• The competition is open to persons 18 years of age and older.

• Participants must reside in South Africa.

2. How to Enter

• To enter the competition, participants must correctly identify the hidden location of the Futurama/Pixfra booth at the HuntEx expo by providing the hall and booth number in the comments section.

• Only correct entries will receive a special messenger link to finalise their entry.

• Participants must ensure that private messages are enabled to receive the link.

3. Prize

• The prize for the competition will be disclosed upon the announcement of the winner and the two tickets will be send electronically.

• Please note that the prize DOES NOT include any travel, accommodation or meals.

• Please note that it is one double set of tickets only valid for the 27 April 2024 from 09:00 am - 17:00 pm.

• Please note that the tickets must be presented to the winner on 27 April 2024 to gain access to the expo.

4. Duration

• The competition will run from 5 April 2024–23 April 2024 (midnight)

• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

• Winner/s will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

• The decision of the competition organisers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Announcement

• The winner/s will be announced on the platform where the competition was held.

7. Privacy

• Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Legal

• This competition is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the competition is hosted.

• The competition organisers reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the competition at their discretion.
