Terms & Conditions for Secret Santa Campaign 2023

Eligibility: The Secret Santa giveaway is open to all participants who are at least 18 years old and reside in South Africa. Employees of Futurama and /or Ultranexus and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

Campaign Period: The Secret Santa campaign will run from 1st December to 20th December 2023.

 

How to Enter: Participants must follow these steps to enter the giveaway:

1. Must Like and follow our Facebook page.
2. Comment on the Secret Santa campaign post with your guess of the product based on the silhouette provided.
3. The first person to correctly guess the product will be the winner.

 

Prize: The winner will receive a voucher worth R200 to be used towards their next purchase at Futurama or in-store at our Futurama Store: Shop 231 Somerset Mall, Somerset West, Cape Town , Somerset West, South Africa and /or Hydroponics store: Shop 12B, Meltz Centre, Somerset West, South Africa.

 

The voucher is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred to a third party and cannot be used towards any other discounted or special products, except those included in the Secret Santa campaign. Only ONE R200 discount voucher can be used per transaction.

 

Redemption: To redeem the R200 voucher, the winner must provide their personal details, including their full name, surname, email address, and telephone number. These details will be used solely for the purpose of redeeming the voucher and will not be shared with any third parties.

 

Voucher Validity: The R200 voucher is valid until 31st March 2024. It can be redeemed either online or in-store.

 

Transferability: The R200 voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner who correctly guessed the product silhouette.

 

Announcement of Winner: The winner will be announced on the following day through a Facebook post and will also be contacted via direct message on Facebook. If the winner does not respond within 48hrs a new winner will be selected.

 

General Conditions:

1. By participating in the Secret Santa campaign, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions made by Futurama.
2. Futurama reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity.
3. Futurama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
4. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

 

By participating in the Secret Santa campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.
