The Victorinox Curved Boning Knife - 12cm, Rosewood has been desinged with a curved, semi-stiff boning blade, that is basically perfect for de-boning chicken or ham, trimming fat and sinews with precise control. Victorinox is famous for its high quality stainless steel blade. The fibrox knife has a sharp blade.

When it comes to the build the blade is forged from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel, which is known for its high amounts of chromuim which gives its exceptional tensile strength, hardness and abrasion resistance. The metal also contains molybdenum which is better for corrosioni resistance and overall durability.
