The Myshrooms Coco Coir - 2.5kg is the perfect growing medium for mushrooms. It retains a high level of moisture, has higher airflow than soil, and is completely natural and a renewable resource. Coco Coir, commonly known as Coco Peat, is a water loving growing medium, and will happily rewet, and when it does, it expands 5 to 7 times in volume, meaning the quantity of Peat needed is less than other mediums.
